Today's awesome discovery is the dreamy new home tour series from Nowness & Apartamento Magazine called My First Apartamento.
I watched two lovely episodes, the first was with Tavi Gevinson and I also watched Florence Welch's tour. Both ladies have cool little personal details all around their homes. I love Florence's Frida Kahlo themed bathroom. How brilliant.
And here is Tavi's place.
Those tiles on her fireplace are cool and her spaced out gallery wall feels so airy. Love love!
We made it to Saturday and I am taking things easy. Hopefully, I will go to the gym and make a home-cooked meal instead of saying, screw it, and ordering fried chicken and milkshakes from Postmates. We've all been there right?
I leave you with a few things from around the web and beyond that I think are great!

This new podcast is definitely worth a listen.
I'm reading 12 books this year (fingers crossed), this was the first.

BLACK & WHITE! A classic color combo and a personal favorite. Everything looks so good in black and white!
Thought I'd share these SUPER dreamy images from Acne's instagram of their Pre Fall 2016 Collection. To me, the collection feels fresh and retro all at once. I love the bold colors, and the blunt bobs. The denim jacket/mini skirt combo below is my fave.
Falafel sandwiches are one of my most favorite foods. When I was interning in New York a few years back, one of the best perks was that across the street from my apartment was an amazing falafel restaurant called Mamouns. To say I ate there a lot would be an understatement. Another favorite of mine was Taim. Taim's falafel and eggplant sandwiches are delicious and they have the option to add on extras like an organic boiled egg and harissa! Both places are great and worth a visit.
Here in Vegas, I'm always on the hunt for a good falafel sandwich and I really enjoy the ones at Amena bakery. I usually order the sandwich with everything, which means pickled vegetables, tahini, hummus, lettuce and tomatoes.
This year one of my cooking goals is to make more homemade falafels. Here are a few recipes I want to try:
